It takes about 1100 degree of centigrade heat to melt
solid brass into lava, which is then poured into moulds
prepared by experts of casting. The coated object goes
through four to five stages before it reaches the hand
of yet another expert craftsman who has received the
drawing and structions of the designers. After all the

bending,
forming, drilling, and brushing, the finished work is
handed to professionals of platting, dressing the solid
brass with 24K French gold or Swiss silver. We give
this product one last job of coating with patina and
laquere before it is ready for assembling and packing.
A process that is done about 90% by hand. No wonder
it looks so good.
